The Challenge
Create a landing page for Novaframe that effectively communicates the value proposition of the product, engages potential customers, and encourages them to take action, such as testing the service or purchasing the product.
Through the creation of a user journey, the primary pain point occurs during the product identification phase. This stage triggers numerous practical questions for prospects seeking a real estate investment : ecological criteria, cost, uniqueness, minimal labor required.
Therefore, Novaframe should adopt a minimalist approach, highlight the quality of its customer support, offer solid customer reviews, and provide transparent sales services.
Process
To fulfill these requirements, I executed the following plan:
Competitive Benchmarking: Based on the brief and my research, I identified five main competitors using various segmentation criteria, including product and service updates, communication and business practices, and website audits.
Defining the Target Audience: After creating two proto-personas using the resources from the initial brief, I conducted a user journey to pinpoint pain points and begin strategizing solutions.
Wireframe Creation: To adhere to the mobile-first design directive, I crafted initial mock-ups based on the findings of my research.
Designing the Landing Page: In this phase, I incorporated branding elements provided by the brand, while also optimizing the layout and design for mobile responsiveness and user experience.
Solution
In response to the initial brief, I proposed the integration of a personalized search space in the website's header, leveraging principles of UX design to create a seamless and engaging experience for visitors. This search feature would serve as the gateway to their journey, with intuitive design elements such as predictive text, auto-suggestions, and dynamic filtering to assist users in refining their search criteria effortlessly. The goal was to not only make the process of finding their dream home efficient but also enjoyable, with an emphasis on providing a visually pleasing and user-friendly interface. This approach aimed to enhance user satisfaction, increase engagement, and ultimately lead to more successful property searches on the website.
Key takeaways
The most challenging aspect of this project was time management. I was allocated 14 hours to complete this task, along with a presentation support.
