The Challenge
Building a prototype of a digital platform - a one-stop resource hub for careers in autonomy and aging in the Lyon Metropolis. Working on personas, user journeys, creating wireframes, proposing a visual identity (logo and graphic design), and designing mockups to present a prototype. From a strategic perspective, demonstrate how we will ensure that each target audience is reached and can easily find themselves in the content.
The UX should take into account all personas, including some who are not accustomed to digital tools.
The graphic design should be consistent with that of the Lyon Metropolis and the MMI'e.

Solution
The proposed solution entails the development of a website tailored for individuals interested in careers related to autonomy and aging. To enhance the user experience, we've introduced a unique gamification element—a role-playing game integrated into each job profile. This interactive feature places the user in a caregiver's shoes, presenting them with a series of decision points that lead to diverse scenarios based on their choices.
Users find themselves in caregiving situations, where they select from a range of responses they deem most appropriate. Upon completing a scenario, users have the option to either replay the session for a different outcome or seamlessly transition to a registration form for job-related training courses. This approach not only engages users in an immersive and educational experience but also aligns with principles of user-centric design, promoting active learning and informed career choices within the field of autonomy and aging.
